Thanks for reaching out to Quincy Hall! We’re excited to potentially host your group. Here are a few quick answers to some of our most commonly asked questions:

  • Table Reservations: Reservations are available for parties of 12 - 24 guests. A table reservation is simply a request for space in our dining area. There is no room rental or food & beverage minimum for a standard table reservation. Your table will have a reservation sign with the name of your party to help your group find the space easily upon arrival.

  • How to Order at Quincy Hall: Quincy Hall does not have table servers. We offer QR codes at each table for guests to browse the menu and order directly from their phones. For fast and easy service, guests may also order in person at the bar—just look for the “Order Here” sign.

  • Cakes & Decorations: You're welcome to bring in an outside cake for birthdays or celebrations. Decorations are also allowed, but please no glitter, confetti, or anything that needs to be taped or hung on the walls (like banners or signs).

  • Patio Seating: Our patio is first come, first serve unless it has been reserved for a private event or buyout.

  • Private Spaces, Buyouts & AV Capabilities:

    • We offer The Map Room, a semi-private space perfect for hosting larger gatherings and corporate events. This space accommodates 25–45 guests, or up to 65 when paired with our adjacent Movie Room.

    • Partial buyouts of our Main Hall are available for four-hour blocks, with a minimum guest count of 125 guests.

    • Full buyouts of Quincy Hall are available at affordable rates for events of all kinds.

    • We’re equipped with audio/visual capabilities, including 22 large screen televisions, a projection screen, video matrix, wireless microphone, and options for presentations and custom displays.

  • Catering & Drink Packages: Available for all contract and private events, our catering menu is offered buffet style and can be tailored to your event needs.

  • Saturday Policy:
    On Saturdays, Quincy Hall is 21+ only, and reservations are not available after 3:00 PM.

  • Pets: We love dogs—but unfortunately, dogs are not allowed inside the venue.

  • Weekly Events:

    • Trivia every Monday and Tuesday from 7–9 PM

    • Pitch a Friend (dating-themed event) on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7 PM–Close

    • Karaoke every Saturday night at 9:30 PM

    • Saturday Morning Power Hour starting at 11 AM, featuring discounted and escalating pricing on beer and rail liquor
